Uncover Reviews: Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow in Charcoal

  Charcoal by Bobbi Brown is an intense matte dark grey eye shadow. It has a smooth texture and works really well to smoke out eyeliner. When picking up the product with your brush it does create a lot of eye shadow dust which can seem to waste product. The eye shadow does blend fairly well for a matte formulation especially when you use a fluffy blending brush. The color is on the cooler side and works well to balance the harshness of a black eyeliner. As for the packaging the eye shadow comes in a black sleep magnetic compact and can easily taken out and placed into a palette. These eye shadows are on the pricier side at $24 each. Perhaps a brand like Makeup Forever would offer a better alternative for the same quality but less of a price tag, especially if you get it in a palette.   If you're looking for an intense pigmented eye shadow that works well for smoking out eyeliner check this one out. It's not as harsh as a black but still gives the intensity. The price is a little high although you do get a lot of product and a brand name to go with it.
